The device behaves as a constant current source when the Sense signal is absent, and as a constant voltage source when the Sense signal is present. Its working principle is based on two operating modes: SI-mode (Synchronous Intermittent Mode): Switching operations can be synchronized with system interrupts. The TPS60125PWP is disabled during the system interrupt. When the system returns from interrupt, the TPS60125PWP resumes low quiescent current operation. DC-mode (Discontinuous Conduction Mode): The TPS60125PWP is always in operation, optimizing loop stability and maximizing efficiency.
