It features a 4-MHz switching frequency, a 0.8-V to 3.3-V adjustable output, and up to 10-A continuous load current. It offers a wide range of input voltage from 5.5 V to 20 V.The TPS65279VRHHR offers protection and control functions, including reverse protection, over temperature protection, and under voltage lockout (UVLO). It also supports forced continuous mode, open loop (cycle-by-cycle current limit) and low-side MOSFET current-sense control (no sense resistor required). With these high-performance features, the TPS65279VRHHR is suitable for applications such as portable medical products, peripherals and power supplies, and is especially suitable for battery management and power management in portable systems. The TPS65279VRHHR regulator is integrated with a power stage, a voltage reference, and a feedback control circuit.
