TPS61026DRCT is a DC-DC step-up converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches developed by Texas Instruments.

Its features include a integrated 270 mΩ Power Path switch, up to 98 % conversion efficiency, up to 6 V output, 1 Mhz switching frequency, 1 A continuous output current and a tiny VQFN Package. It is specifically designed for battery-operated portable applications that eliminate the need for additional external FET or power path switches.
