The TPS61175QPWPRQ1 is a high-efficiency, low-voltage, DC/DC buck converter with integrated Power FET.This device provides an adjustable regulated output voltage with a minimum output range of 1.1V. TPS61175QPWPRQ1 is a high-frequency, synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter. It features a high-efficiency integrated buck switching FET with a wide input range of 0.9V to 5.5V. The output voltage is easily adjustable with an external voltage divider and it is capable of providing up to 1.2A output current. The device also features a PowerWise enable pin that allows for active current consumption of only 81μA when in a shutdown state.
