Working Principle of TPS62001DGS

The TPS62001DGS DC/DC switching regulator consists of an N-channel MOSFET switch and an oscillator. The switch is controlled by an internal 1.6MHz oscillator. When the oscillator signal is high, the MOSFET switch is enabled and current flows from input to output. When the oscillator signal is low, the MOSFET switch is disabled and the current is recycled into the inductor winding. The output voltage is set by the precision adjustable resistor divider connected to the FB pin.
