The TPS62008DGS is a synchronous step down DC/DC converter with an internal synchronous rectifier, offering a high output current up to 1.2A. The buck converter is stable with an input voltage ranging from 8V to 40V and an output voltage ranging from 0.8V to 15V. It offers up to 95% efficiency, a low ripple and low dropout operation while consuming an ultra-low quiescent current in ECO-Mode. The device is available in a 8-pin TSSOP package.

Working Principle

The TPS62008DGS incorporates a synchronous buck PWM controller and an integrated synchronous rectifier in a single chip solution.
