Working Principle of TPS62090RGTR

The TPS62090RGTR consists of a PWM control chip, a synchronous rectification MOSFET, a shunt regulator, an offset sample capacitor and an internal compensation capacitor. Ituses the Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) technology to realize the power conversion. According to the input, output and configuration condition, the internal switching mode PWM controller controls the switching of synchronous MOSFET, so that the input DC voltage is converted into the output DC voltage in accordance with the required regulated voltage and current.The synchronous MOSFET conducts when the PWM controller turns on the MOSFET, and the output voltage from the outpt will be directly transferred to the load; when the PWM controller turns off the MOSFETthe diode will be turned on, and the output voltage from the+cc will be transferred to the load. The internal voltage setting resistor divides the input voltage into the internal reference voltage, allowing the output voltage to be accurately regulated.
