It provides high efficiency and accurate output voltage regulation for power-sensitive applications. This DC-DC converter supports burst mode operation and can achieve excellent light load and heavy load efficiency with low shutdown current. Its output voltage can be programmed from 0.6V to 5.5V with an external resistor.The TPS62240DDCT is ideal for powering ultra-low power logic and other low voltage components in many applications, such as portable computing systems and Small Form Factor/Low Profile desktop Systems. Its integrated power MOSFET and controller architecture reduce the voltage regulator\'s footprint and optimizes full load efficiency.
