TPS62260EVM-229

The TPS62260EVM-229 is a highly advanced evaluation board for DC/DC, AC/DC (Off-Line) Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). Offering great flexibility in terms of input/output voltage, DC/DC and AC/DC conversion, and high efficiency make this board attractive for a variety of application fields.

In addition to the DC/DC section the TPS62260EVM-229 also contains an AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS. This allows for low-cost, low-volume, off-line power supplies with the added flexibility of adjustable and selectable output voltages. The AC/DC feature comes with a fully integrated safety feature, including a soft start, thermal shutdown, short circuit protection and over voltage protection.

The output voltage can be programmed from 5Vdc up to 30Vdc, automatically adjusted based on a supplied voltage reference or manually adjusted by means of a potentiometer. The TPS62260EVM-229 also includes LEDs that indicate when the output is in regulation or when overcurrent or overvoltage conditions exist.
