TPS62262DDCT is a stepping down DC to DC converter device with adjustable output voltage range from 0.45V to 0.6V. It supports up to 3.0A output current with fast transient response. It offers superior efficiency and low quiescent current. This DC to DC converter is designed for 1.8V and 1.5V system supply applications.

The TPS62262DDCT operates by synchronously switching an external N-channel MOSFET to convert input voltage to an adjustable output voltage.
