Working Principle

The chip adopts the buck-boost voltage regulating structure, which can improving operating efficiency over the entire output voltage range. The voltage regulating loop of the chip adopts current mode control, so that the stability is improved, the setting of the loop gain is simplified and the transient performance is strengthened. At the same time, the built-in 80mA peak current limit of the chip can protect the external MOS tube, while the built-in soft start function can reduce the high current impact during startup and extend the life of the power MOS tube.

TPS62293TDRVRQ1 adopts the usual half bridge power conversion structure, and is connected with an external inductor and capacitance. During the working process, the chip will switch at a certain frequency to realize output voltage regulation.
