TPS63020DSJR - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TPS63020DSJR is an advanced low-cost, high-efficiency, step-down switching regulator integrated circuit (IC) that can be used for various applications, such as charging lithium-ion batteries, powering sub-systems, and battery management applications. This device is available in a thermally efficient 5 mm × 5 mm QFN package. It is also very small in size and suitable for integration into a variety of systems.

Features

The TPS63020DSJR is a highly-integrated buck regulator that can step down a supply voltage from 4.5 V to 0.6 V with a minimum dropout voltage of 75 mV. It features an input range of 3.2 V to 36 V and provides an output current of up to 2 A. It has an adjustable output voltage and can be programmed with external resistors. Working Principle
