TPS65022RHATG4 is a single voltage integrated power module specifically designed to provide a low cost, low power and ultra-compact implementation of the power management functions typical of a smart phone or other similar device application. It is an integrated switching power supply IC that provides compact and cost effective solutions for high-density power supply applications, like mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras. The device integrates Power Path Management (PPM), Linear Regulators (LDOs), Step-down Converters, and system level control into a single chip.
TPS65022RHATG4 is a highly integrated device with a switching PWM buck converter, a high performance 3A low dropout (LDO) linear regulator, and a variety of built-in features including overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protections. It also provides three different rail-to-rail input and output voltages with a power supply range of up to 18V.
