TPS65251-3RHAR

TPS65251-3RHAR is a series of DC-DC switching regulators, which belongs to the Power Management IC (PMIC) - Voltage Regulators. It is a high integration power supply chip with 15A switch, 2A LDO and several auxiliary functions integrated in one module. It supports input up to 15V and output up to 5A.
