The TPS7350QPWRG4 is a linear type Low Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator. The circuit consists of an error amplifier, a resistive divider and an N-Channel MOSFET pass element. The input voltage is divided down using the voltage divider, and the error amplifier uses this divided voltage as its reference voltage. The output voltage of the error amplifier is compared to an internal reference voltage and this difference controls the gate of the MOSFET pass-element. This MOSFET acts as a variable resistor which together with the Start-Up resistor generates a current into the output load device. The load current generates a current in the sense resistor, and this current is used to adjust the output voltage divider such that the voltage at the error amplifier reference terminal (VPOS) becomes equal to the internal reference voltage. This sets the output voltage of the regulator.Conclusion
