Working Principle

The TPS77012DBVT is a low-power and low-noise linear voltage regulator which can maintain a high degree of regulation in voltage output while dissipating very little power. It is designed to operate with a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, which enables the regulator to be used in battery powered applications. The power consumption of the regulator is minimized in both normal and dropout modes due to the low dropout voltage of 190mV.
