It is a member of the Texas Instruments TPS775xx series, which offers a family of high-performance low-voltage, low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs). Working Principle

The TPS77516PWPRG4 is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. Its internal structure consists of a PNP transistor, an NPN transistor, two resistors, one diode, several capacitors, and a voltage reference.
