TPS793285DBVR - PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear
The TPS793285DBVR is a programmable, triple linear voltage regulator, which is designed to deliver up to 3.3 A of output current. The device can operate as either 203 mV, 256 mV, or 314 mV fixed output voltage. The TPS793285DBVR is capable of high-density power conversion and provides good regulation accuracy and load transient response, as well as extensive features such as adjustable soft-start, output voltage tracking, and remote output voltage sensing.
The TPS793285DBVR offers a wide input voltage range of 5.5 V to 20 V and a switch-mode operation from 0.1 V to 12.6 V. The device also features an adjustable output voltage from 0. a V to 7.5 V. As a result, the device can perform PVT (power, voltage, and temperature)-based designs. An internal current-limit circuit monitors and limits in-rush current on the output.
