TRS213IDB is an interface driver/receiver/transceiver solution designed to satisfy Industrial Temperature Automotive Radar Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) customers for a wide variety of applications. The drivers/receivers/transceivers are designed to deliver high-speed differential input/output signals with a wide operating range of 0.5V to 12.5V and up to 200mA current. As such, the TRS213IDB is ideally suited to the demands of specialized applications such as medical, industrial, and monitoring applications operating in extreme high and low temperature.

The TRS213IDB is a single-chip interface solution specifically designed to meet the needs of high-speed differential input/output signals, as required by automotive radar and GNSS systems. The chip includes two pairs of differential input/output drivers, supporting up to twelve single-ended input/outputs.
