This resonance frequency is determined by the ambient temperature, crystal size, and the type of material used. In the TS081F33IDT, an oscillation circuit embedded in a CMOS process is used to apply alternating electric field. The signals generated by the crystal are amplified by the on-chip amplifier and sent to an output buffer.
