The lever is the part that projects out from the trunnion block and is used for locking and unlocking the barrel.The bearing cover plate is the part that locks the lever in position. The latch, on the other hand, locks the bearing cover plate onto the trunnion block, once it has been secured onto the barrel.

To assemble the system, the latch is inserted into the corresponding notch on the barrel and released by pressing downwards. This action brings the bearing cover plate onto the barrel, followed by the lever. Finally, the frame clamp is used to secure the trunnion block securely onto the barrel. The lever is lowered, bringing the bearing cover plate into the horizontal position and the frame clamp is tightened, securing the trunnion block and lock in place.

The unlocking of the barrel is done by reversing the above process. However, due to the secure closure provided by TYEF02, the barrel can easily be opened and closed many times. This is an important feature since it allows for frequent use of the same barrel without having to fasten the barrel tightly every time.
