TZ150N26KOFHPSA1 Application Field and Working Principle

The TZ150N26KOFHPSA1 is a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) module made by Chine Chongqing HuaXian Electronic Corporation. It was designed for higher power and higher current rating applications.
