1. Describe

UCC20225NPLR is an isolated single-input, dual-output gate driver with 4A source and 6A peak sink current Current is available in a 5mm x 5mm LGA-13 package. This is Designed to drive power transistors up to 5MHz Best-in-class propagation delay and pulse width distortion. The input side is isolated from the two output drivers By a 2.5kVRMS isolation barrier, minimum 100- V/ns Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI). Internal functional isolation between the two output side drivers allows operating voltages up to 700-VDC. UCC20225 allows programmable dead time (DT) through a resistor on the DT pin. Disable pin off When it is set high, both outputs are lowered simultaneously, and allow normal operation when open or ground. The device accepts VDD supply voltages up to 25V. The wide input VCCI range of 3V to 18V enables driver suitable for analog and interface digital controller. All supply voltage pins have Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) Protection.
