The USB3319C-GJ-TR is a full speed 3.3 Volt to 5 Volt bidirectional data transceiver designed to provide general purpose level shifting on a Multi-Transceiver USB interface. The USB3319C-GJ-TR is designed to operate over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range and is available in a space saving 6 pin, 0.8mm WLCSP package.

The USB3319C-GJ-TR is a single data rate universal serial bus (USB) transceiver, capable of operating from the full speed (12 Mbps) to low speed (1.5 Mbps) data rates. It is intended to provide low-cost, scalable USB interface solutions with low host-system power consumption. It supports all host controller interface (HCI) speeds and provides multiple data rate options with protocols to accommodate host system requirements.

The USB3319C-GJ-TR has two channels dedicated to its operation: low-speed (DSL) port and full-speed (FS) port. The USB3319C-GJ-TR is also able to function as both a transmitter and receiver. When operating as a transmitter, it has the capability to support data rates from 1.5 Mbps to 12 Mbps. As an additional feature, the USB3319C-GJ-TR can reduce power consumption on both ends by operating in power down mode.
