Temperature Sensors - NTC ThermistorsTemperature sensors in the form of NTC thermistors measure temperature and provide a signal proportional to the temperature rise or drop. USP7766 is a NTC thermistor temperature sensor. It contains a solid-state component made of either a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) or a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) resistor. This temperature sensor has a wide temperature measurement range of -40°C to +150°C and it is also highly accurate, with a linearity of 0.1% or better over its full range. It is extremely reliable and robust and can be used in applications operating in harsh environments. The power supply of the USP7766 can be 2.7 to 25V. In addition, it also features a high isolation voltage between the input and output which can reach up to 2.2kV.
