UTP28CH4VL is a high voltage power transistor module which provides a high power output capability. It is typically used in medium and high power applications such as industrial control, motor control, or in distributed power systems.The UTP28CH4VL module consists of four MOS-FET transistors which are complementary-symmetry insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT). The IGBTs are designed to switch currents up to 600A at peak with a power rating of up to 13.3kV. The module also features switching frequencies up to 20kHz for high power applications.The working principle of the UTP28CH4VL module is relatively simple. The IGBTs are controlled by gate drivers.
