UTP28X65 is a series of devices used for high temperature and high pressure applications. It is a type of high temperature and high pressure pressure measuring apparatus, consisting of a pressure transducer, temperature transducer, and pressure gauge. The UTP28X65 series includes a range of products suitable for applications such as oil and gas production and related processes, industrial gas and chemical production process, and laboratory experiments.The working principle of UTP28X65 is based on the fact that pressure and temperature can be measured using metal diaphragms. The pressure of a system is determined by the displacement of the diaphragm. By measuring the displacement, the pressure can be measured. The diaphragm is made of a metal that is sensitive to both temperature and pressure. The diaphragm expands or contracts in response to changes in temperature or pressure. This enables the UTP28X65 to provide accurate measurements of both temperature and pressure.The UTP28X65 consists of three parts. The pressure sensor, the temperature probe and the data acquisition interface. The pressure sensor is attached to the side of the diaphragm. It measures the displacement of the diaphragm, and converts it into an electrical signal. This signal is sent to the data acquisition interface, which interprets it into a pressure measurement. It also can be used to measure temperatures.The temperature probe is fitted in the same place as the pressure sensor. It measures the temperature of the diaphragm and sends the signal to the data acquisition interface. It is designed with two thermocouples, one for the cold end and one for the hot end. This ensures accuracy even in extreme temperatures.The data acquisition interface is an electronic device that interprets and calculates the data sent from the pressure and temperature sensors. It then outputs the measurement as a digital value in a known unit.Applications of UTP28X65 include oil production, refining, petrochemical and chemical production, natural gas or gas production, on-site safety systems, hydrostatics, hydraulics, general industry piping and vessel gauging, laboratory research and experiments, and high temperature industrial machine operation. It is also suitable for oil and gas well absorption and injection operations, high temperature pump testing, high temperature oven test, flue gas monitoring as well as flow rate measurement.With its combination of accuracy, durability and versatility, UTP28X65 provides reliable pressure and temperature measurements in a wide range of applications. It is easy to install and maintain, and can measure both pressure and temperature in a single instrument. It is also relatively inexpensive compared to other high temperature and high pressure pressure measurement devices.
