The UTP6A14RD is a universal, high performance and ultra-high speed transmission protocol designed for data communication in industrial instrument control systems. In the data transmission stage, the devices in the network exchange data using the Rate Adaptive Offset technique. The Rate Adaptive Offset adjusts the transmission rate so as to achieve the required number of data transmissions per unit time. The control point establishment process deals with synchronization and parameter settings of the respective devices in the network.The UTP6A14RD uses a star topology for data communication. It has one master node (the controller) and multiple slaves (peripheral devices).
