The V07E42AUTO is a type of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode, most commonly referred to as a varistor. The metalized design of the V07E42AUTO provides excellent stability over time and temperature. The device is also designed to be compatible with lead-free soldering and molding processes.

The V07E42AUTO is suitable for both overvoltage and transient protection applications, and has a maximum peak pulse power of 500 watts.
