The V110C8T75BS3 is a compact, low-cost, isolated DC DC converter module developed by Interpoint of Redmond, Washington. This module can operate from a wide input voltage range of 8-75V and has a continuous power output of up to 120W. Grade A components are used in the V110C8T75BS3 for better efficiency and long-term reliability. Working PrincipleThe V110C8T75BS3 module is based on the flyback principle, which uses a transformer and an active switch (FET) to regulate the output voltage. The primary of the transformer is connected in series with the transistor, forming a series switch network. In the off-state of the switch, the energy stored in the flyback transformer will be released through the secondary winding. The energy is then rectified and filtered by the rectifier and capacitor to generate the desired output voltage.When the switch is on, the transformer primary will be connected to the input source, and the voltage will be built on the primary winding. The voltage will collapse when the switch turns off and the energy will be transferred to the secondary winding. This energy will flow through the rectifier diode to the capacitor, creating the output voltage.
