TVS (transient voltage suppressors) and MOV (metal-oxide varistors) are two distinct types of voltage-dependent resistors (VDRs) used for transient protection in various electronic circuits. V20P11P is a type of thyristor-based technology TVS diode that offers excellent line-to-line protection against high-voltage surges up to 2kV.
