The V881CA60 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to protect electronic equipment from transient voltage disturbances. It is a silicon avalanche device that is designed for use in applications where it is desirable to absorb fast transient voltage surges without affecting normal operating voltages.
