Single Board Computers (SBCs) are self-contained single circuit boards and microprocessors designed to perform a range of computing tasks. The VL-EPM-31EAP is a type of SBC with the ARM9-MPC8250 processor. It includes a memory controller and registers, a internal memory, a programmable memory controller, an Ethernet controller, an interrupt controller, a programmable timer, an 8-bit parallel data bus, an I2C bus and external memory interface, a UART, and a USB controller. The SBC can be powered by 5V DC.
