Working Principle

The VLDS1235R is a discrete LED indicator designed to provide excellent visibility and a large visual area for custom graphic displays. This discrete LED indicator is composed of five elements: a light source, a light converter, a transparent plastic lens, a reflector, and a sealing body. The light source, which is typically an electro-luminescent lamp, is used to produce light of the desired wavelength and intensity. The light converter transforms the light waves emitted by the source into a consistent emission. Then, the light waves are converted into visible light waves by passing through the transparent plastic lens. Finally, the light waves are directed to the right direction by the reflector, so that they can be easily viewed. After passing through the reflector, the light waves are sealed within the body of the device. Finally, the device is able to provide high visibility even in low-light environments as the sealing body of the device traps the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the light source, ensuring that the device is not affected by outside disturbances.
