VNS7NV04-E is a highly integrated, low voltage power distribution switch, load driver, and power sequencing solution which can provide maximum effective power distribution and sequencing applications for many different types of systems. The device consists of four outputs, and each output consists of two single-channel p-type and n-type MOSFETs, as well as a built-in precision reference and pre-set reference threshold. This device is ideal for automating power distribution within systems that have limited space, power, and voltage requirements.

The VNS7NV04-E utilizes a built-in power sequencing algorithm for power distribution which is able to provide up to four channels of power, each with its own independently controllable voltage. It also includes a dedicated IO pin for selecting the desired power sequence, allowing users to easily control the desired power sequence. This is especially useful for applications that require a specific power sequence due to their limited space and power requirements.

The VNS7NV04-E also offers a switching current capability of up to 100 mA per output which allows users to easily switch between various voltage rails within the system. The device itself is designed to provide an over-current and over-voltage protection, and its maximum junction temperature is rated at +125°C.

The VNS7NV04-E’s built-in precision reference and pre-set reference threshold also provide an excellent way to accurately control the output voltage of each power rail. The device also includes a separate control logic interface which allows connection to any external controller or logic device.
