The VNV35NV0413TR is a power distribution switch, load driver and PMIC (power management integrated circuit) that provides efficient and reliable power distribution for a variety of automotive, consumer, industrial and military applications. It offers a wide range of features, making it a highly cost effective solution for applications requiring high efficiency, thermal performance and reliability.

The VNV35NV0413TR has multiple power switches, including a main switch, a load switch, and multiple IOs. There are up to four output channels and each can be independently configured as a load switch, a buck ( DC-DC ), boost, or inverting output, depending on the application. The switches on the VNV35NV0413TR are controlled with a single enable pin, allowing for flexible power management. The power switches are controlled with a low-voltage, digital signal, and each can operate at up to 20A, with a low-voltage drop for added efficiency.

The load switch and buck converter can be operated from either a Vin or an adjustable reference voltage source, with a maximum of +50V at 20A peak. In order to control the switching frequency, frequency sync pins can be used, allowing for dynamic frequency control.
