Optoisolators – Transistor, Photovoltaic Output – VO618A-4 is a 6 pin SMT DIP device. It has an output transistor that is suitable for both logic level and line drive applications. The VO618A-4 consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor detector.
