VS-12CTQ035PBF is an array of four integrated high-efficiency 35V, 12A schottky rectifiers in DFN5 package. It provides full-wave rectification with allowable power dissipation up to 3.2Ws and ultra low forward voltage drop with RMS forward current up to 12A. Due to its three pad packages and surfacemount technology, it provides enhanced thermal performance, enabling high-speed, high-efficiency applications in automotive, consumer, industrial and more applications.
Application Field and Working Principle
VS-12CTQ035PBF is widely used in battery management, power conversion, and power management systems. As an automotive rectifier, it is applied in off-line SMPS and battery chargers, as well as in various consumer, industrial, and communication power supplies. Under stringent efficiency requirements, VS-12CTQ035PBF provides superior rectification performance in four naturally opposing directions with very low forward voltage drop (VF) and a very low reverse leakage current (I-L). Its low forward voltage drop and leakage current enable higher efficiency and better temperature control.
VS-12CTQ035PBF array operates with a working principle similar to any other rectifier diode.
