VS-12CTQ035S-M3 is a diode array with twelve integrated Schottky diodes suitable for use in various application fields such as automotive, telecommunication, consumer, computer, and industrial applications. Presented in a SMA package, this diode array is composed of four parallel groups of three series connected diodes.
The working principle of the four groups of three series connected Schottky diodes is based on the so-called doping reversal technique. Doping reversal creates two diode junctions on each side of the diode when a diode is biased in a current carrying state and under condition of thermal stress. The conduction of the diode is reversed when thermal stress is applied.

The VS-12CTQ035S-M3 is capable of blocking up to 30V of reverse voltage for a single diode and can operate up to a maximum forward voltage of 30V. The diode array is rated for 3A of continuous forward current and can handle up to 30A surge current for 15 milliseconds.
