Working Principle
The VS-16CTQ100PBF is a four-pin, high peak current rectifier bridge with reverse voltage protection. It is capable of switching in less than 1μs and can operate at high frequencies. The P-MOS gate is protected by a built-in ESD protection circuit. The switch is controlled by an on-off logic control signal. When the voltage applied to the control signal exceeds 2V, the rectifying element conducts current and the output voltage will increase to the normal value.
