VS-30CPQ050-N3 Diodes - Rectifiers - Arrays Application Field and Working Principle

The VS-30CPQ050-N3 is a type of diode rectifier array from Vishay Semiconductor. This device particularly features low forward voltage combined with high surge capability. Specially designed for high frequency applications, the diodes are packaged in a small and space saving D2PAK which is ideal for automotive, industrial and consumer applications that require PCB space-saving and high power handling.

The VS-30CPQ050-N3 provides high blocking voltage up to 600 volts, high current up to 150A, high surge capability, and low forward voltage drop. It consists of four reverse polarity parallel connected diodes in a single package. All the diodes have the same common anode lead, however each diode requires a separate cathode lead. Working Principle
