Working Principle

The VS-45L20 can withstand a maximum repetitive reverse peak voltage of 10V and can also be used for high-frequency applications due to its low turn-on time of 4nS. The diode is enclosed in a SMB-2 package, allowing it to be used in small to medium-sized circuit assemblies. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for use in a variety of environmental conditions.
