Working Principles
The VS-6CWQ04FNTRLHM3 is an integrated device that includes both quad-channel rectifier diodes and an integrated-gate-structure (IGFET) power switch. The device utilizes an intelligent Energy Fairness™ process that provides a balanced charge distribution across the capacitive components of the system. The gate of the IGFET switch is commanded by the DC/DC controller and its gate drive is supplied by the output of the power converter.
