The internal two 600V, 30A Schottky Diodes are connected in an upper/lower configuration, resulting in an effective peak current rating of 60A. The Schottky diodes are also arranged in an isolated powerArray configuration, helping to minimize PC board size, reduce thermal dissipation and improve system safety. Voltage-clamp control, dynamic avalanche insertion and temperature-dependent control features ensure that the VS-STPS40L15CWPBF meets the rigorous requirements of automotive applications.
