The VSKD250-12 is a high-current rectifier diode array designed to meet the needs of a variety of applications. This diode array combines a series of Schottky barrier diodes with a common cathode, forming a bridge rectifier configuration. The device is provided in a surface mount (SMT) package for easy installation.This bridge rectifier array can provide up to 25A of current in a compact package, making it an ideal device for a variety of applications. It can be used to convert AC voltage to DC voltage in power supplies, DC-DC converters, automotive systems, AC-DC adapters, and many other applications.The working principle of the VSKD250-12 is based on the function of a traditional bridge rectifier.
