Application Field
W631GU8KB-12 TR is mainly used for system code storage or data read/write storage in handheld battery powered systems such as PDA, smart card and embedded applications, especially for the XScale Based CPU system. It acts as the main booting source to realize power up any system quickly. It is also applicable in universal applications, providing high speed data transfer rate, 8/16/24 bit multiple I/O selection, supported direct write and read operation.
Working Principle
