<p>Snap action, limit switches are devices used to sense and control position and/or travel limit. The WLGCAL4-LE-N is one such device and is designed to be used in a variety of applications. Those include monitoring and adjusting the limits of pressure, velocity, acceleration, and torque, as well as in switch type product sensing applications, such as aircraft landing gear warning and speed signals.</p><p>This device works by a switch module which contains a pair of normally open (NO) and a pair of normally closed (NC) contacts for use in two-wire control circuits. Each pair of contacts is then connected to a limit switch actuator which responds to the applied pressure and movement, closing and opening the switches accordingly. The operation of the switch module is controlled by an internal spring, which is triggered when the pressure or movement exceeds a set limit.</p><p>The WLGCAL4-LE-N also contains several features which make it suitable for a variety of applications. Its active pressure range is 4-16psi, while its motion range is 0.18-1.3in/sec. It is designed with a robust stainless steel housing, able to operate in a temperature range of -40 &#xB0F to +185 &#xB0F without compromise in performance. This device has also been designed to offer superior levels of EMI &#x2F RFI protection, and offers an excellent shock and vibration resistance.</p><p>The WLGCAL4-LE-N is a strong and reliable snap action, limit switch that can be used to control a variety of applications.
