The X60008BIS8-25 is a silicon-germanium dot voltage reference that provides a low-dropout, high-accuracy voltage reference for voltage and current control applications.The X60008BIS8-25 is a three-terminal device that operates from a single supply voltage. The voltage source provides an output voltage of 2.5V and is accurate to within ± 0.025%. The device utilizes a P-channel MOSFET as the active element to regulate the output current.
