The X9520V20I-B is a laser driver among a range of Power Management ICs (PMIC) solutions from Xilinx. This is accomplished using two separate output transistors for each channel. The user is also able to select a control mode, either manual or automatic, in order to control the laser current levels. The manual mode allows the user to manually control the laser current while the automatic mode provides the user with a predetermined program which can be adjusted according to specific application requirements.
