The XA1E-BV302-R is easy to install in both single and two-piece designs. Single piece designs include a rugged steel back-plate to which the switch is secured using two 6.3mm screws. In two-piece designs, the front plate of the switch is secured to a steel back-plate or panel using two or four 6.3mm screws. The switch is then mounted on the front plate and securely locked in place.

The switch is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40oC to +85oC and is suitable for use in applications including industrial automation, security systems, door access control and automotive applications.
